On October 10, Liupanshui Normal University signed a memorandum of understanding with the Teacher of Developing Communication Service Center, Thailand, under the Thailand Shengtang Culture and Education Group. The signing ceremony was presided over by Zhang Wu, Director of the Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Department,LNU. Zhang Wu pointed out that the Teacher of Developing Communication Service Center, Thailand is an educational service institution approved by the Ministry of Education of Thailand, and this cooperation is aimed at promoting the next step of student exchange and overseas practice.It is of great significance to broaden students' international horizons and is an important part of promoting the internationalization of LNU. Professor Zhang Long, Vice President of Liupanshui Normal University, praised the achievements made by the Thai Shengtang Cultural and Educational Group in promoting international educational exchanges, and pointed out that LNU has been committed to promoting the process of internationalization, hoping that  mutual benefit, win-win and common development will be achieved through cooperation with the Thai Shengtang Cultural and Educational Group. New breakthroughs have been made in teacher exchange visits, student exchanges and curriculum co-construction to jointly promote the high-quality development of both sides.

Ma Junshan, general manager of Thailand Shengtang Culture and Education Group, thanked LNU for its support and trust, and introduced in detail the functions of the Teacher of Developing Communication Service Center, Thailand, and the efforts made by Thailand Shengtang Culture and Education Group in promoting the internationalization of Thai education. He said that the cooperation will bring development opportunities for both sides, hoping that more outstanding talents with international vision and cross-cultural communication ability can be trained through the joint efforts of both sides.

Zhang Long and Ma Junshan signed a memorandum of understanding as representatives of both sides. The signing of the memorandum of understanding has laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between LNU and the Thai Shengtang Culture and Education Group.

Relevant leaders of the Teaching Affairs Office and the Student Affairs Office of LNU attended the signing ceremony.
